Preschool classes are structured around lesson plans that are specifically made for children ages 2 through 4 with the goal to challenge Preschoolers to learn development skills.
Girls recreational classes are for ages 5 to 12 and are split into three levels: Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced. These classes teach fundamental skills, flexibility, strength, balance, and coordination.
Ruff & Tumble is made for boys ages 5 to 12. In this class they will be taught the fundamentals of boys gymnastics while incorporating strength, flexibility, and coordination. Ruff and Tumble is 1 hour long and includes one class a week for $155 a month. See our brochure below for the days and times we offer.
Tumbling classes are designed for ages 5 to 12 and are coed. The class focuses only on developing tumbling skills on floor and trampoline. Tumbling classes are 1 hour long and include one class a week for $158 a month. See our brochure below for the days and times that we offer.
The recreational cheer class is for ages 5 to 12. This class is great for athletes that want to learn cheer. They will work on tumbling, jumps and stunting skills. Recreational Cheer meets on Wednesday and is 1 hour and 15 minutes long for $168 a month.
The pre-competitive program is by invitation only and is designed to prepare the gymnasts for our competitive team program.
Automatic billing requires a three (3) month commitment and billing occurs on the 1st of every month for recreational classes. Monthly automatic billing may be canceled after three (3) months of automatic payments by sending a drop request by the fifteenth (15) of the month, before the month you would like to be removed to billing@gpboca.com.
At Gymnastics Plus, our policy states that you are allowed two make-ups per term for classes missed. You will need to be enrolled in classes in order to use a makeup. Make ups do not carry over to the next term. Any make-ups must be scheduled in advance to assure that there is space available in the class desired.
