Gymnastics Plus Competitive Team

Gymnastics Plus has two options when it comes to our competitive program, we offer USAG Xcel and the USAG Developmental Program. Both of these programs are by invitation only. USAG Xcel is an alternative program in USA Gymnastics that allows flexibility towards the gymnast with the benefit of still being on a competitive team. The USAG Developmental Program is a bigger commitment than the Xcel program. This program is designed for gymnast to be taken through structured routines to achieve the highest level possible. In both programs we have been able to produce state and regional champions.
