Bouncing Bears (Age 2)- Coed
Independent class for active 2-year-olds that build confidence, coordination, balance, and listening skills through fun obstacle courses and Pre-school gymnastics stations.
Mighty Monkeys (Age 3)- Coed
Independent class for 3-year-olds that provides an introduction to basic gymnastics skills while still incorporating fun obstacle courses and gymnastics stations.
Leaping Lions (Age 4)- Coed
Independent class that continues to work on and build foundational gymnastics skills. Watch your child’s self-confidence take off as new skills are mastered!
Beginner JR (Ages 5–7)- Girls only
This class is designed to introduce the core foundations of gymnastics in a structured and skill-based class while prioritizing safety and proper technique.
Beginner SR (Ages 8–12) – Girls Only
This class is designed to introduce the core foundations of gymnastics in a structured and skill-based class while prioritizing safety and proper technique.
Intermediate- Girls Only
Enrollment in this next level requires an evaluation and mastery of all required Beginner program skills.
Advanced- Girls Only
Enrollment in this top level requires an evaluation and mastery of all required Intermediate program skills.
Boys Athletics Plus (Ages 5–12)- Boys Only
Boys Athletic Plus combines traditional boys' gymnastics with athletic training to build strength, agility, coordination, balance, and confidence. Athletes will develop gymnastics skills while improving overall athletic performance through sport-focused conditioning, flexibility, and movement training. Perfect for boys who want to stay active, enhance their athletic abilities, and have fun!
Tumbling (Ages 5–12)- Coed
This class emphasizes tumbling progressions on floor and trampoline, helping athletes safely develop skills from basic rolls and cartwheels to advanced tumbling elements.
We offer a variety of programs designed to meet the needs of all fitness levels. From high-intensity interval training to yoga and meditation, we have something for everyone. Our programs are led by experienced trainers who are passionate about helping you achieve your goals.
MAKE UP CLASSES ARE NOT GUARANTEED and may only be provided if there is availability in the same class. As a courtesy, a child may request a makeup date for a class that they have notified the gym in advance they will miss. A makeup may only be scheduled one week in advance and your child must be currently enrolled as a student in order to request a makeup class. Makeup classes must be completed within 4 weeks of the missed class and each child may only make up one missed class per month.
The office must be notified via email (mail@gpboca.com) prior to the missed class. Please make sure you have received a confirmation from the office regarding the missed class prior to any makeup request.
